What is show cooking?
This show cooking at La Tradición Madrid is led by our chef, Oscar Domínguez, and the participants, who are, of course, an integral part of the experience.
Over the course of three hours, Oscar will prepare a selection of recipes from our restaurant alongside you.
Oscar intersperses comments and explanations about what he is doing at all times. This is an exclusive experience for you and your group that you cannot miss.
Imagine spending three hours in the company of a passionate chef, who will not only cook with you but also take you on an exciting journey through the origins of the foods and recipes that have shaped the rich culinary tradition of La Mancha and all of Spain. You will discover the secrets of the freshest local ingredients, their stories, and how they have fused over the centuries to create dishes full of flavor and tradition.
Our chef, with a career full of culinary experiences, will share anecdotes and adventures from his journey related to these beloved recipes. With his skill and knowledge, he will transform simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces and guide you through each step of the preparation process.

This show cooking can be arranged at our restaurant, your home, or your holiday rental property if it has a kitchen.
The Tradición show cooking experience is for a minimum of 2 people. The price is €45 per person and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
